Job Description

J.C. Tonnotti Window Company is seeking experienced carpenters and window and door installers to join our team. We are a family-owned home improvement company serving Connecticut homeowners for over 40 years.


We're looking for dependable, skilled professionals with at least 5 years of carpentry experience, primarily in residential window and door installation. Ideal candidates take pride in their craftsmanship, pay attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Install residential replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Perform general carpentry, framing, trim work, and finishing.
• Measure, fit, and properly seal windows and doors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Work independently or alongside other installers to complete projects.
• Deliver quality workmanship and professional customer service.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience required.
• Strong experience in residential window and door installation.
• Proficiency with carpentry tools, measurements, and installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, professional, and able to perform the physical demands of installation work.
