Great Replacement Windows - Great Professionalism

I am a recent customer of J. C. Tonnotti. I normally don't do this, but I wanted to say thanks for the great service you provided in the recent window installation at our home in West Hartford (20 windows and a door).

From start to finish, your business provided the utmost of professionalism and support. Your sales staff was educated and thoughtful, your installers were polite, clean, and very pleasant (and what a job installing, very clean in the house and out, and the windows are rock solid and very well sealed), and I can't tell you how happy I was that you were able to meet our short deadline in terms of getting the windows installed before our house got painted. You and Harvey both nailed the date and the house looks great!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with how everything turned out and have been speaking your praises to all our friends who need their windows overhauled. Thanks again for the great service, product and installation.
